Description
As a Senior Interior Designer at WudCor, you will play a crucial role in creating functional and aesthetic designs that cater to the client's needs and preferences. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery while adhering to design standards, regulations, and guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Meet new clients, understand their requirements, and take ownership of projects from start to finish, including all design deliverables such as drawings, presentations, material selection, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). - Handle customer interactions through emails, phone calls, and personal meetings at the site or office. - Meet deadlines and maintain the quality of deliverables consistently. - Engage in client front-ending, brief understanding, and validation, progressing to design project development and coordination from concept to installation stages. - Collaborate with clients and the interior design team to finalize 3D and 2D designs. - Educate customers about the competitive advantages of the company's products. - Deliver Production Drawings for assigned projects and assist other Interior Designers with their projects. - Work closely with the execution support team to ensure seamless realization of your designs, including site visits for better understanding if needed. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture. - Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, with a successful track record of delivering high-quality projects. - Strong technical skills in Technical Drawings, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Vray, and Microsoft Office, along with proficient use of design libraries. - Excellent knowledge of design elements, color schemes, and materials. - Experience in estimating project costs, creating proposals, and managing budgets. - Proficient in project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. - Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. - Passion for design trends, innovations, sustainability, and environmentally responsible design practices. - Previous experience in creating designs for both residential and commercial spaces.
