Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will bring strong aesthetic sense, technical expertise, and project management skills to ensure successful delivery of projects aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the interior design process from conceptualization to execution

• Develop mood boards, design concepts, layout plans, and 3D visualizations

• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, budget, and style preferences

• Guide junior designers, interns, and draftsmen in delivering design packages

• Select and source materials, finishes, furniture, and decor items

• Work closely with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality and timelines

• Conduct site visits for design implementation and project monitoring

• Present ideas and solutions effectively to clients and stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets
