Position Overview: We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading design projects, collaborating with clients, managing design teams, and ensuring the successful execution of residential, commercial, and hospitality interiors. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring all projects meet client expectations, deadlines, and budget requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design of multiple interior projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and vision for each project. Develop detailed design concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials to communicate design ideas effectively. Prepare design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings. Oversee material and furniture selection, ensuring that designs meet both functional and aesthetic needs. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and design assistants. Stay updated on design trends, new materials, and technological advancements to bring fresh ideas to projects. Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards. Assist in business development by contributing to client pitches, proposals, and presentations.
