Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of interior designers across multiple residential projects.
• Translate client briefs into practical, innovative, and aesthetically aligned design solutions.
• Oversee space planning, material selection, mood boards, presentations, and execution detailing.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and execution teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure design quality, project timelines, and budget adherence.
• Provide design guidance, mentor junior designers, and maintain design documentation standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3+ years

  of experience in interior design, with at least 2 year in a lead or managerial role.
• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design.
• Strong knowledge of residential interior design trends, materials, and market standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
