Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing and executing high-end residential projects, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a project from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for high-end residential projects from concept to completion.
• Develop design concepts, presentations, and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions.
• Manage and mentor junior designers and draftsmen.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee site execution and ensure design quality standards are maintained.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in interior design, with proven experience in handling large-scale projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing residential/commercial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and design detailing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Salary
₹50000 – ₹90000 per month (commensurate with experience and skill set).
