Job Title: Sr. Interior Designer / Interior Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Interior Designer with strong experience in 2D detailing, 3D visualization, and client-facing roles. The ideal candidate should be innovative, technically sound, and capable of delivering high-quality interior design solutions while leading and mentoring a design team.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed 2D interior designs using AutoCAD, and develop 3D visualizations using tools like SketchUp, Photoshop, and other rendering software.

Apply advanced knowledge in lighting, texturing, modeling, and design detailing for residential or commercial projects.

Interact with clients during presales and design discussions, presenting ideas clearly and addressing their expectations effectively.

Handle customer queries related to design concepts and finalize all designs with timely approvals.

Mentor junior designers and guide the design team with innovative architectural and interior design practices.

Lead design activities within the team, ensuring task allocation and timely delivery of work.

Maintain a high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and energy in all interactions and team engagements.

Ensure deep technical understanding of interior materials, modular standards, measurements, finishes, and industry trends.

Deliver high-quality design concepts under tight timelines and continuously seek ways to improve design productivity and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-7 years of experience in interior design with strong technical and creative expertise.

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D detailing), SketchUp, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.

Strong communication, client handling, and presentation skills.

A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and motivate team members.

Excellent knowledge of design processes, materials, finishes, and modern interior design trends
