Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their lifestyle needs, preferences, requirements and budget.
• Develop creative design concepts, layouts, and color schemes for residential interiors.
• Prepare layout plans, 2D/3D drawings, material specifications, and presentations.
• Manage end-to-end design projects, including space planning, material selection, and execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovative design techniques.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site supervisors to ensure timely project execution.
• Overseas execution to ensure work aligns with design intent and quality standard.
• Handle design modifications and resolve any site-related issues.
• Maintain documentation and reports for all ongoing projects.
• Maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications & skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in residential interior projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design tools.
• Strong visualization and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Salary as per market standard and depends on Experience.

Preferred Qualification :

• Experience with modular kitchen, wardrobes and custom furniture.
• Client handling experience from concept to completion.
• Strong portfolio of residential interior work.
