Job Description

Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Create innovative and functional interior design solutions for residential and commercial spaces.
Develop 3D visualizations, floor plans, and detailed drawings for client presentations.
Design and oversee furniture making, ensuring quality and aesthetics.
Lead and manage a team of junior designers and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget while maintaining design quality.
Stay updated on latest design trends, materials, and technologies in the industry.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in 3D visualization software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of furniture design, materials, and finishes.
Experience managing a small team and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to translate client requirements into innovative design solutions.

Preferred:

Exposure to real estate or high-end interior projects.
Knowledge of sustainable and modern design practices.
