- Fluent in English (Mandatory) / Creative Person
- Making the Interior Drawing for Corporate Interior Fitout , Banks, construction and Interior
- Making Creative Design concept proposal documents
- Handling Drawing and BOQ
- Must be able to meet the Clients for various meetings during the course of the project
- Research capability for materials
- Research capability of market rates
- Vendor management
- Invoicing and BOQ management
- Handling and preparation of handover documents
- Handilng all of Vendors and Clients
- Handling MEP, HVAC, Electrical, fire fighting, furniture, ducting, etc....
- Must be able to check high Quality,low Quality and detail
