Senior Interior Architect

As a talented and experienced Senior Interior Architect/Designer, you will be an integral part of The Plank Architectures & Interiors team at our Thiruverkadu manufacturing unit. Your role will involve leading and overseeing interior design projects, creating innovative and functional interior spaces, and working collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure the seamless execution of designs from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include developing detailed 3D models and renderings using tools like SketchUp, Lumion, Blender, and VRAY, creating detailed drawings and layouts to effectively communicate design concepts, collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal team members, conducting site visits, coordinating with contractors, researching and selecting appropriate materials and finishes, and staying updated on industry trends to implement innovative design solutions. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design or architecture roles. Advanced proficiency in design tools such as SketchUp, Lumion, Blender, and VRAY is crucial, along with a strong knowledge of design principles, spatial planning, materials, and construction techniques. Excellent project management and leadership abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
