Senior Insurance Associate

You will be responsible for providing quotations and administrative support to Pricing Underwriters, operations, sales, and external stakeholders for the Employee Benefits division. Your role will involve analyzing pricing requests from customers, preparing and processing quotations for both new and existing business, and managing work volumes to ensure service level agreements are met. You will interpret customer requests and apply them to standard procedures, provide administrative support to Underwriters, answer queries from customers and stakeholders, and collaborate with internal departments within Sales & Operations as needed. Additionally, you will be expected to complete similar processes to support the overall team delivery. You should possess a Bachelor's degree or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education and have 2-3 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically within Insurance. Demonstrating a strong customer focus and a passion for providing the right support and solutions to customers is essential for this role. Technical skills required include having an excellent eye for detail, strong organizational skills, proficiency in written and verbal communication, and a high educational grade in English and Mathematics.
