Senior Instrumentation Control Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing (Concept, Outline and Detail Design) of Instrumentation Control Automation based on international standards for the UK region. Your role will involve having a good understanding and working knowledge of various water and wastewater treatment processes and related engineering works such as Pumping Stations, water treatment works, etc. Additionally, you will support global multi-disciplinary teams on Water/Wastewater projects. Your tasks will include preparing Design Basis, P & ID, System/Network Architecture, Control philosophy, PLC GA, Wiring and Schematic Diagrams, I/O list, loop Diagram, Instrument list, and Instrument datasheets. You will also be required to perform Instrument sizing calculations, e.g., Flow Meter. Reviewing vendor drawings for various Instrumentation Control Automation systems will also be part of your responsibilities. You will apply broad practical knowledge to design Layouts Equipment Layouts for outdoor/indoor buildings, trench/tray layouts, and coordinate with Designers, Civil Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Process Engineers, and any other external design consultant if required.
