Required Skills and Competence

You should be confident in your understanding of:

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript

• Modern front-end frameworks

  such as React, Angular, or Vue

• At least one back-end framework

  such as Node.js, Django, Spring, or similar

• REST APIs and integrations

• Databases:

  SQL and preferably one NoSQL system

• Version control (Git)

  and deployment basics

• Clear verbal and written communication

• Ability to own work end-to-end

  with attention to detail

Good to have (not mandatory):

• Experience mentoring, training, or explaining concepts to others
• Exposure to MOOCs or learning platforms
• Curiosity about instructional design approaches
• Interest in experimenting responsibly with Generative AI tools
