Senior Infrastructure Engineer

You will work closely with Executive leadership to drive the architectural vision and implementation of global infrastructure solutions. Your role will be crucial in designing scalable, cost-effective systems that ensure high availability and security across our hybrid cloud environment. Additionally, you will play a key role in establishing and enforcing infrastructure best practices across our global team. Your responsibilities will include: Infrastructure Architecture: - Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions to reduce operational costs by 30% - Architect high-availability systems across hybrid cloud environments - Develop infrastructure roadmaps aligned with business growth - Establish and maintain infrastructure standards and best practices - Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure infrastructure designs align with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) principles Technical Leadership: - Provide technical guidance to global infrastructure team members - Lead infrastructure design reviews and technical planning sessions - Mentor team members on infrastructure best practices - Drive innovation in infrastructure design and implementation Security and Compliance: - Design and implement secure infrastructure architectures - Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations - Establish security controls and access management policies - Lead security audit preparations and remediation efforts Operational Optimization: - Optimize resource utilization across cloud and on-premises infrastructure - Implement cost-effective scaling strategies - Design and maintain business continuity solutions - Lead capacity planning and performance optimization initiatives Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 8+ years of infrastructure engineering experience - Extensive experience with hybrid cloud architectures, particularly Azure - Strong background in designing high-availability systems - Experience leading global technical teams Skills and Competencies: - Expert knowledge of infrastructure architecture principles - Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements - Advanced networking and system design skills - Experience with infrastructure cost optimization - Excellence in technical leadership and mentoring - Strong project management and communication abilities - Proven track record of implementing enterprise-scale solutions If you are passionate about infrastructure engineering, possess strong technical leadership skills, and have a track record of implementing successful solutions at an enterprise scale, we invite you to join our team at nimble solutions.,
