Senior Infrastructure Engineer

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at LeadVenture India, located in Gurgaon, India (Hybrid), you will play a crucial role in architecting and owning the core infrastructure of a global company. You will be responsible for architecting and deploying infrastructure for new projects, ensuring high performance and uptime standards. In this role, you will need to master a hybrid environment, proficiently managing both Microsoft (Active Directory, IIS, SQL, Clustering) and Linux environments (Ubuntu, Apache, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch). You will oversee resilience by implementing and managing backup, storage (SAN/NAS), and disaster recovery solutions. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise with public cloud platforms like AWS or Azure to bridge the gap to the cloud. To excel in this position, you should have a proven track record of engineering success in a fast-paced SaaS or enterprise environment. A solid understanding of networking, including firewalls and load-balancers, is essential. Your passion for technology, commitment to continuous improvement, and adherence to security and compliance principles like SOC2 or PCI-DSS will be key assets. Proficiency in documentation, time management, and prioritization is also crucial, along with a flexible approach to addressing mission-critical systems outside standard business hours.
