Job Responsbilities
1. Support to network equipment (Firewall, Cisco Routers, switch, Access Point).
2. Hands-on experience on Fortigate firewall.
3. Hands-on experience on VMWare.
4. Worked on ISO 27001 standards.
5. Administration of O365, Sophos and AD
6. Monitoring of links and services and escalation to respective service providers.
7. Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting, of network devices (L1)
8. Manage and maintain backups for servers, network and firewalls
9. Maintaining and support for video conferencing, webexe, Teams meet etc.
10. Anti-virus support escalation, Setting up policy and Support
