About the Role:

The Senior Subject Matter Expert Support & Operations will be responsible for driving timely resolution of escalations and incidents with strict adherence to SLAs and quality standards. The role involves mentoring team members, maintaining operational documentation, and acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure on-time resolution and quality compliance for escalated tickets as per defined SLAs
• Mentor and guide team members; develop SOPs and promote knowledge sharing
• Validate Change Order Implementation Plans and participate in capacity planning activities
• Conduct root cause analysis and trend analysis; prepare and present reports to stakeholders
• Act as a communication bridge between business segments and customers to ensure alignment

Required Skills & Experience:

• Cyber Security Information Security Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Must have experience in

  CyberArk EPM Implementation & Support
