Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Associate Consultant to join our Learning team to manage end-to-end learning operations, ensuring seamless functioning of our Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP). This role requires strong technical acumen, vendor management expertise, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver an exceptional learning experience.

What you'll do:

  • Learning Operations Management:

    Oversee day-to-day LMS and LXP learning operations and ensure smooth execution of learning programs. Must have strong understanding of learning program lifecycle.
  • LMS & LXP Administration:

    Oversee the administration and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning technologies, involving vendor management and new system implementations.
  • Vendor Management:

    Coordinate with external learning partners for content integration, compliance, and service delivery.
  • Reporting & Analytics:

    Generate and analyze learning reports to track engagement, completion rates, and effectiveness. Must have good excel skills and experience with working Power BI.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    Lead conversations with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.
  • IT Coordination:

    Work closely with IT teams to ensure system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and manage tickets effectively.
  • Problem-Solving:

    Apply logical thinking to resolve technical and operational challenges promptly.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities:

    Guide and support junior team members, ensuring adherence to processes and quality standards.
  • System Management:

    Lead system audits and test cycles to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

  • Supervisory experience with the ability to mentor and lead.
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Education Technology, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in learning operations or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with popular LMS/LXP platforms and integration tools.
