Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager

Department: Human Resources
Location: Zirakpur (Nearby Chandigarh)
Work Mode: Work from Office
Experience Required: 10+ Years in HR (preferably in IT Consulting or Technology Services)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

2. Oversee end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level technical and consulting roles.

3. Design and implement performance management systems aligned with business KPIs.

4. Identify training needs and design programs to enhance technical and leadership competencies.

5. Lead initiatives to improve employee morale, engagement, and workplace culture.

6. Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and statutory compliance.

7. Design and manage compensation structures, annual appraisals, and incentives.

8. Mentor and guide HR team members to build capability and drive excellence.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Human Resources / MBA (HR) or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in IT consulting or technology services.
• Proven track record in managing HR for 300+ employees across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of consulting environments.
