Senior HR Manager and HR Manager

As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and enhancing key HR functions to ensure a seamless employee experience. Your primary focus will involve managing employee relations, HR operations, and compliance. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a deep understanding of HR best practices. Your responsibilities will include acting as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on workplace policies, career growth, and HR best practices. You will be responsible for handling employee grievances and conflict resolution in a fair and compliant manner. Regular check-ins with employees and leadership will be conducted to identify workplace concerns and foster a positive culture within the organization. Ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements will be a key part of your role. In addition, you will lead employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback sessions. Supporting performance management by providing guidance to managers on goal setting, feedback, and career development plans will be essential. You will also oversee HR policies, suggesting updates based on evolving best practices, and maintain HR dashboards to generate reports on employee engagement, attrition, and key HR metrics. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 8-10 years of experience in an HR role, with a strong emphasis on HR operations. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office applications, and a thorough knowledge of HR processes and principles are also required. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work is essential, and previous experience with KEKA HR software will be preferred.
