Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior HR Data Analyst at our fast-growing company, you will play a crucial role in leading the transformation of our HR department into a data-driven and insight-centric function. Your strategic insights and actionable data analytics will provide valuable guidance to the organization, helping to enhance decision-making processes and improve HR initiatives. You will be responsible for developing data models, creating dashboards, and leveraging predictive analytics to drive organizational performance and enhance employee experience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for HR data and analytics aligned with the company's vision and objectives. - Proactively identify areas where HR data can provide insights to drive organizational performance and improve employee experience. - Build scalable and accessible dashboards that provide real-time HR insights to key stakeholders. - Conduct in-depth analyses of workforce trends, employee performance, engagement levels, and other key HR metrics. - Leverage data science techniques to forecast future workforce trends, attrition risks, and talent needs. - Act as a data advocate within HR, promoting a culture of evidence-based decision-making. - Identify and implement HR technology solutions that enhance data collection, analytics, and reporting capabilities. - Regularly review and refine analytics processes to align with evolving business needs. - Train and mentor HR team members to build their data literacy and analytical capabilities. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Data Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus. - Experience: 7+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within HR or a related field, with a track record of using data to drive strategic decisions.,
