Senior Horticulturist

We are hiring Senior Horticulturist at River View City. Riverview City is located at Loni Kalbhor, Kadam Wak Wasti, Pune Sholapur Road, Pune.

Riverview City is an upcoming Township , comprising of Highrise Building (Residential Complexes ), Bungalow and Row Houses.

The candidate must have 5+ years of experience in Landscaping

Knowledge of Ornamental Plants, Irrigation System,IPM, Soil types and Fertility management,Knowledge of transplant techniques, equipment's & Chemicals, knowledge of safety procedures.New plant varieties and their cultural practices.Plant stock management

Skills -

Measurement and Calculation,Reading of Plantation Plans,Adherance to WBS & SOP, Estimation of Material, machinery & Manpower needed for Landscape work,MIS reporting using highrise.

Education Qualification - Degree in Agriculture / Horticulture / Botany

Roles and Responsbilities:

1. Oversee Plant propagation, cultivation and conservation

2.Develop and manage budgets ,schedules and resources

3.Ensure successful on ground implementation of Landscaping development plans created by Consultant and in coordination Site execution teams.

4. Carry out landscaping activities in such a way that there are no wastage of material, machinery, time, water or manpower.

5. Carry out landscaping activities in such a way that there is 100% quality adherence in line with expected quality standards for landscaping development & maintenance activities.

6. Carry out activities for Tree structure and strength management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,244.86 per month
