Senior Holiday Planner

You will be responsible for designing itineraries tailored to the needs of modern-day travelers. This includes interacting with clients via phone and email to provide informed advice on products and destinations, converting inquiries into bookings to drive revenue, and ensuring exceptional customer service to surpass customer expectations. Additionally, you will be expected to organize and participate in tourism events, conferences, workshops, and seminars, as well as continuously enhance holiday experiences based on customer feedback. Attending training programs on various destinations to stay updated on current events is also a key part of the role. Qualifications required for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field, the ability to work effectively both in teams and independently, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Additionally, you should possess good customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, a solid understanding of the tourism and travel industry, and the capacity to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. A positive attitude, exceptional people skills, and effective problem-solving abilities are also essential for success in this role.
