    6+ years Oracle HCM functional experience; 4+ implementations.

  • Technical Fit:

    Fast Formulas writing capability.

  • Methodology:

    Familiarity with AIM/OUM phases and documentation.

  • Soft Skills:

    Communication and presentation.
