Job description – Creative Senior Graphic Designer Mode: Full Time, Work From Office Experience: 3 - 5 Yrs We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and innovative Creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs for various platforms including digital, print, and social media. You should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, an eye for detail, and a passion for staying ahead of design trends. Roles & Responsibilities Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-impact designs across digital, print, and branding assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, UI/UX, product, motion) to deliver cohesive visual communication. Translate briefs into creative solutions that align with brand strategy and business goals. Oversee and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback. Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs and touchpoints. Present design concepts clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh perspectives to projects. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. 5+ years of professional experience in a design role, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or XD is a plus. Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across branding, digital, and print. Excellent sense of layout, typography, color, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively. Motion design or video editing experience is a plus.
