Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of professional experience in designing for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and branding. The ideal candidate should be skilled in both graphic design and video editing, and comfortable working with AI-powered creative tools to enhance productivity and output quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and design engaging social media creatives, ad banners, infographics, and other marketing visuals.

- Create and edit short-form and long-form videos for marketing and brand communication.

- Develop branding elements, presentation decks, and campaign-specific design assets.

- Utilize AI design and editing tools to streamline content creation.

- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.

- Stay updated with design trends, emerging tools, and platform-specific creative best practices.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing for digital platforms.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and familiarity with AI-based creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, etc.).

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

- Experience creating content tailored for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

- Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

- A creative mindset with attention to detail.

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Media, or related field (preferred).

- Must be open and available for immediate joining
