Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Creative Nexus is seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join their team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in leading the design process from concept to execution across various digital, print, and brand touchpoints. Your responsibilities will include guiding and mentoring junior/mid-level designers to ensure the quality and consistency of design work. You will collaborate closely with strategy, content, and client teams to develop standout campaigns that align creatively with client goals and brand narratives. Additionally, you will bring design excellence and innovative thinking to pitches, presentations, and brand identities. The ideal candidate for this role should have 3-4+ years of experience in a design agency or branding studio. A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, campaigns, digital, and print design is essential. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; knowledge of After Effects is a plus) is required. You should also have a deep understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are key attributes we are looking for. Candidates who have experience leading a creative team or mentoring designers will be given preference. Additional points will be awarded if you have expertise in motion graphics, UI/UX, or visual storytelling, or if you have worked with high-profile or international clients.
