Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor

You will be responsible for leading the design process from concept to execution across digital, print, and brand touchpoints. Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior/mid-level designers to maintain quality and consistency. Collaborating closely with strategy, content, and client teams to build standout campaigns will be a key part of your role. You will also ensure creative alignment with client goals and brand narratives, and bring design excellence and fresh thinking to pitches, presentations, and brand identities. - Lead the design process from concept to execution across digital, print, and brand touchpoints - Mentor and guide junior/mid-level designers to maintain quality and consistency - Collaborate closely with strategy, content, and client teams to build standout campaigns - Ensure creative alignment with client goals and brand narratives - Bring design excellence and fresh thinking to pitches, presentations, and brand identities Qualifications Required: - 3-4+ years of experience in a design agency or branding studio - Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, digital and print design - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus) - Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy - Leadership skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects Creative Nexus is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join the team.
