Responsibilities:

• Brand DevelopmentIdeating and developing brand identities including color palettes, logo concepts, and font selections.
• Building and maintaining a cohesive design language across touchpoints.
• Creating Social Media Templates
• Designing visually engaging and brand-consistent templates for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Visual Content CreationCreating graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital use—websites, social media, email campaigns.
• Designing impactful print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and business cards.
• Brand ConsistencyEnsuring all creative output aligns with brand guidelines.
• Maintaining visual harmony and design standards across all marketing materials.
• Collaborating with TeamsWorking closely with marketing, content, and social media teams to develop integrated campaigns.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and bringing fresh creative ideas to the table.
• Client CoordinationUnderstanding client briefs, brand vision, and requirements through direct communication.
• Presenting concepts, iterating based on feedback, and delivering on expectations.
• Video Editing & Content CreationEditing short-form and long-form content using Canva and Adobe Premiere.
• Creating engaging reels and basic videos for social media and digital campaigns.
• If you’re skilled in videography (shooting on-site testimonials, sample flats, project walkthroughs, etc.), that’s a huge plus! We frequently have opportunities to shoot and edit original content, so hands-on production experience is highly valued.
• Staying UpdatedKeeping up with design and digital trends, tools, and technologies.
• Continuously improving your craft to push creative boundaries.
• DeliverablesBrand kits including color palettes, logos, and font selections.
• Social media templates and campaign visuals.
• Brochures, posters, and other print-ready material.
• Design mock-ups and presentations.
• Edited videos and reels for social platforms and digital use.
