Role Overview:

Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy & Execution
• Plan, set up, and optimize lead generation campaigns across

  Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads

  .
• Build media plans, budgets, and targeting strategies specific to high-ticket real estate buyers.
• Optimization & Performance
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns for

  CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates

  .
• A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
• Reporting & Insights
• Create weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Track ROI and provide recommendations for scaling campaigns.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with the content, creative, and web development teams to ensure aligned messaging and conversion-focused funnels.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure quality of leads generated.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven

  35 years

  of experience in performance marketing, preferably in

  real estate lead generation

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

  .
• Solid understanding of real estate buyer journeys, especially

  high-ticket segments

  .
• Experience with

  analytics platforms (GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, Hotjar, etc.)

  .
• Ability to manage

  ad budgets of ?210L+ per month

  with efficiency.
• Knowledge of

  landing page CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)

  is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on skills in Excel/Sheets.

• Bonus:

  Prior experience in video ad campaigns and real estate-focused marketing automation.
