Senior Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer at our fast-growing creative agency in South Delhi, you will be responsible for leading the visual direction of various client projects. Key Responsibilities: - Own the visual execution of design projects from concept to delivery across digital, social, and print platforms. - Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to transform briefs into impactful design solutions. - Provide feedback, art direction, and mentorship to junior designers. - Confidently present work to clients, supported by both aesthetic and strategic rationale. - Maintain a high standard of design consistency across all touchpoints. - Stay updated on design trends and contribute fresh ideas proactively. - Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of design experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency setting. - Strong portfolio demonstrating a refined design aesthetic, creative versatility, and effective brand storytelling. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of Figma, After Effects, or Canva is a bonus. - Excellent grasp of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. - Effective communicator capable of presenting to internal teams and clients. - Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on time and project management. - Keen attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining quality standards.,
