Broad Function:
We are seeking an experienced and creative
Senior
Graphic Designer / Visual Communicator
who can translate conceptual ideas and key information into engaging visuals. You'll collaborate with various teams to create compelling designs that align with our/ Client\u2019s brand identity system and effectively communicate our message to the audiences.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Create impactful, cohesive, and aesthetically pleasing communication materials in various formats for publishing/circulating on digital, and print, platforms.
Design various types of communication materials, including but not limited to, banners, posters, infographics, technical diagrams, e-books, newsletters, web pages, brochures & flyers, case studies, social media posts, backdrops, standees, and MS PowerPoint presentations.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collaterals and design outputs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design into development processes.
Effectively utilize design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Collaborate across teams to create impactful designs for promotional campaigns.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Requirements
Bachelor\u2019s degree in graphic design or a related field.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates a variety of works (as mentioned above), creativity, and originality.
A good sense of marketing communication design and information design with sharp audience understanding is a must.
Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro) as well as Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint).
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Familiarity with using Canva, Mid journey, and other generative AI tools to increase productivity.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate it into designs.
Experience of working in both B2C and B2B marketing environments is desired.
Agency background with BFSI project experience will be an added advantage.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and calmly handle competing priorities with tight deadlines.
Well-versed with modern design trends.
