Role Overview

Senior Graphic Designer

This is a senior creative role requiring strong design judgement, the ability to think strategically, and the confidence to own visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the visual design for brand campaigns, social media, ads, landing pages, brochures, and pitch decks

Develop cohesive brand identities and maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints

Transform briefs and ideas into high-performing creatives and storytelling visuals

Collaborate with strategy and content teams on creative direction

Guide visual decisions for marketing campaigns and product launches

Stay ahead of global design trends, formats, and aesthetic styles

Mentor junior designers when required and contribute to improving internal creative processes

Required Skills & Experience

56 years

Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma

A portfolio that clearly demonstrates branding, campaign design, and digital-first creative work

Deep understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy

Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high quality

Strong creative judgement and the ability to give and receive feedback effectively

Nice to Have

Experience working in fast-paced creative or digital agencies

Familiarity with Canva, Adobe XD, or motion design tools
