Senior Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer & Trainer at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading design projects and mentoring junior designers and students. Your responsibilities will involve a combination of design & creative leadership and training & mentoring. - Lead the design and execution of branding, marketing campaigns, digital assets, and print materials. - Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand creative objectives and deliver impactful visuals. - Review and provide feedback on creative work produced by the design team. - Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual communications. - Develop and deliver training materials, modules, and hands-on sessions for graphic design tools and techniques. - Conduct workshops on software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. - Mentor junior designers, interns, or students guiding them on design principles, industry best practices, and portfolio development. - Stay current with design trends and incorporate them into both project work and training content. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design. - Proven experience as a mentor, trainer, or design educator. - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW). - Strong communication and presentation skills.
