Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and proficient Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio in digital design. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and will be responsible for creating a wide range of visual assets for our clients' social media channels, websites, and other digital marketing campaigns. A flair for motion graphics and video editing will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Content Creation: Design and produce a variety of high-quality digital assets, including social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), stories, carousels, banners, infographics, email templates, and website graphics.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the respective client's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in typography, colour palette, and overall visual identity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Media Manager and content team to brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute creative campaigns from start to finish.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Video & Motion Graphics (Added Advantage): Conceptualize, edit, and produce short-form videos, animated GIFs, and motion graphics for platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media formats, and industry best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and engaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing agency or a similar setting.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator is mandatory.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and expertise in digital and social media design.
• Working knowledge of CorelDRAW is a strong plus.
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Filmora) is a significant added advantage.
• A keen eye for detail, layout, typography, and colour theory.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.
