Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer / Team Lead to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will bring strong design expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for producing impactful visual content. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other key design tools is essential.

This position involves both hands-on design work and team leadership—guiding designers and video editors, maintaining creative quality, and ensuring smooth team workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling designs for digital campaigns, social media, branding, advertisements, and other marketing materials
• Lead and guide a team of graphic designers and video editors throughout the entire creative process
• Provide clear creative direction, constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project goals and deliver high-quality visuals
• Review, refine, and approve final deliverables with attention to detail and quick turnaround
• Monitor design trends and implement fresh, innovative ideas
• Coordinate team meetings, manage workloads, and ensure timely delivery of all creative assets
• Work closely with the video team to maintain a consistent visual identity across all media

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (basic video knowledge is an added advantage)
• A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing creative design capabilities
• Experience in leading a team or mentoring junior designers
• Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills
• Ability to make creative decisions confidently and work under pressure
• Must be willing to work night shifts from the office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
