We’re looking for an elite Google Account Manager to join our high-performing team. This is not an entry-level role — we're seeking professionals with a proven track record in scaling and optimizing large-budget ad accounts.

What You’ll Do

Strategically manage Google Ads accounts with monthly budgets up to $1,000,000+

Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max

Conduct deep data analysis to improve ROI, reduce CAC, and scale high-performing campaigns

Collaborate with our internal team and clients to ensure alignment with business goals

Continuously test, innovate, and implement cutting-edge strategies

Compensation

Base salary plus performance-based bonuses

Top performers can earn up to $50,000 per month

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns

Proven success managing large-scale ad budgets ($100,000–$1,000,000+ per month)

Strong understanding of Google Ads platform, tracking, attribution, and conversion rate optimization

Deep analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make actionable decisions

Fluent in English (written and spoken). Other languages are a plus

Agency or high-growth startup experience is a plus
