About the Role

Are you passionate about Generative AI and ready to build cutting-edge, production-grade applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and cloud-native AI? We’re looking for a Senior Generative AI Developer to join our growing AI team and help shape the future of enterprise AI.

What You’ll Do

• Build intelligent applications: chatbots, summarization tools, document Q&A systems, and digital assistants.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, FAISS, etc.
• Perform prompt engineering and fine-tuning for performance, scalability, and safety.
• Develop reusable GenAI components (function calling, embeddings, workflows).
• Deploy applications on cloud AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI).
• Set up MLOps pipelines: CI/CD, monitoring, versioning, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate GenAI into business workflows.
• Explore advanced topics like multi-agent systems, LLMOps, and hallucination control.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of AI/ML experience, including 2+ years in LLMs / Generative AI.
• Strong Python programming skills and hands-on with Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI SDKs.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Qdrant).
• Proven track record in building and deploying RAG-based GenAI applications.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, FastAPI, Airflow.
• Experience leveraging cloud AI services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI).
• Understanding of prompt safety, hallucination mitigation, and GenAI evaluation metrics.

⭐ Bonus Points For

• Fine-tuning open-source LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon) using LoRA/QLoRA.
• Experience with multi-modal AI (text + image/voice).
• Domain expertise in Healthcare, BFSI, Legal, or EdTech.
• Contributions to open-source projects or GenAI research.
