What You'll Do

Build intelligent apps: chatbots, summarization tools, document Q&A systems, digital assistants.

Design and implement RAG pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, FAISS, etc.

Perform prompt engineering and fine-tuning for performance and safety.

Create reusable GenAI components (function calling, embeddings, workflows).

Deploy on cloud AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI).

Set up MLOps pipelines: CI/CD, monitoring, versioning.

Collaborate across teams to integrate GenAI into real business workflows.

Explore advanced topics like multi-agent systems, LLMOps, and hallucination control.

What You Bring

5+ years in AI/ML with 2+ years focused on LLMs / Generative AI.

Strong Python skills and hands-on with Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI SDKs.

Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Qdrant).

Built and deployed RAG-based GenAI applications.

Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, FastAPI, Airflow.

Experience using cloud AI services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI).

Understanding of prompt safety, hallucination mitigation, and GenAI evaluation metrics.

⭐ Bonus Points For

Fine-tuning open-source LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon) using LoRA/QLoRA.

Experience with multi-modal AI (text + image/voice).

Domain knowledge in Healthcare, BFSI, Legal, or EdTech.

Contributions to open-source or GenAI research.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
