Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple high-end interior fit-out projects simultaneously from inception to handover.
• Develop project execution strategies and ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
• Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Supervise and guide project managers, engineers, and site teams for effective execution.
• Manage relationships with architects, designers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless coordination.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
• Conduct regular review meetings and provide project status updates.
• Implement best practices in project management and ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control at every stage.
• Monitor project budgets, approve vendor bills, and ensure cost control without compromising on quality.
• Support in bid evaluation and costing for new projects.
• Contribute to business development activities by providing technical insights and feasibility inputs for prospective projects.
