Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy

  LLM-powered applications

  using OpenAI or Azure OpenAI models.
• Design, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions using

  LangChain

  for advanced retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), chatbots, and document processing.
• Build and maintain

  backend APIs

  using FastAPI, Flask, or Django to support AI applications.
• Work with

  cloud platforms

  (preferably

  Azure

  , or AWS) to deploy and scale AI models efficiently.
• Develop web-based AI applications and integrate generative AI features into existing systems.
• Optimize AI workloads for

  performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement

• Conduct code reviews, write technical documentation, and mentor junior developers.

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years

  of overall software development experience.

• 5-7 years

  of professional experience in

  Python

  , including building production-grade applications.

• 2+ years

  of experience working with

  OpenAI or Azure OpenAI

  , fine-tuning models, and prompt engineering.

• 1-2 years

  of hands-on experience with

  LangChain

  for LLM orchestration.

• 3-4 years

  of experience building APIs using

  FastAPI, Flask, or Django

  .

• 5-6 years

  of cloud experience, preferably with

  Azure (preferred) or AWS

• 4+ years

  of experience in

  web development

• Strong understanding of
