Senior Associate Developer (Experience in (Dot Net + Flutter)

The role will be involved in the process of analyzing and improving efficiency, scalability of existing & proposed system. Designing and developing the given software requirement by following the standard of coding proposed by organization. Suggest for upgrade of existing system by performing required analysis.

Direct Responsibilities

• Proficient in developing desktop applications using C# .NET (WinForms and WPF), as well as building cross-platform mobile, web, and desktop applications using Flutter technology, covering both basic and advanced development practices
• Adept at designing and delivering advanced applications for Android, iOS, web, and desktop platforms
• Build prototypes at the tech scoping stage of projects.
• Working closely with another teams.
• Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions.
• Document errors/crashes, provided resolutions and escalated as needed to resolve issues/roadblocks thus ensuring project deliverables are met on time.
• Works collaboratively and professionally with fellow teammates and other teams to achieve goals.
• Interact with customers on the integration and implementation related activities.
• Apply a sense of urgency, commitment and focus on the right priorities in developing solutions in a timely fashion.
• Create compelling device specific user interfaces and experiences.

• Standardizing the platform and in some cases apps to deliver across multiple brands with minimal duplication of effort.
• Experience in working with various analytics tools like Firebase and Adobe.
• Explain technologies and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Get secure coding guidelines from their team leaders.
• Carry out a thorough test to ensure there is no vulnerability in the source code.
• Developers must ensure that all vulnerabilities and bugs identified are patched at the earliest.

Technical & Behavioural Competencies

• Building and distributing .Net application (WinForms/WPF) as well as Flutter Framework (Dart Language) for testing and subsequent activity is an added advantage
• Concrete knowledge in Object Oriented Programming (OOPs)
• Experience in Graphics Programming is preferred (like drawing candle chart, bar chart etc.)
• Design patterns (Factory, Bloc, Producer Consumer, Singleton etc.)
• Data Structure (List, Dictionary, Queue, Stack, Linked List, set etc.)
• Knowledge about cipher data (Encryption/Decryption)
• Building Json data structure
• Data Serialization & Deserialization (Binary, XML & Json)
• Knowledge in Byte/Bit Operations
