Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Game Designer based in Kochi, with flexibility for some work from home. The Senior Game Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating engaging game designs, developing detailed and balanced level designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, artists, and producers. The role also involves designing for various platforms, including console and mobile games, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of gameplay and user experience.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Game Design and Level Design, with a strong understanding of player engagement and balanced mechanics
• Experience in Game Development processes, tools, and workflows
• Hands-on experience with designing for Console and Mobile Games platforms
• Proficiency with game design tools and software
• Strong team collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in game design, with a proven track record of successful game releases
