Our first project is an action-adventure RPG set in Tsarist Russia , with a unique blend of narrative, exploration, and combat mechanics. We are building this from the ground up in Unreal Engine , and we are looking for passionate co-founders to join us. Open Roles (Co-Founders Only) We are not hiring employees — we are building a founding team . You’ll be part of the creative and strategic core of our game studio 1. Gameplay Programmers (x2) Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine (Blueprints & C++). Ability to implement core mechanics, combat systems, AI, and tools. Problem-solving mindset and willingness to prototype rapidly. Basic creativity to collaborate with design and art teams. 2. 3D Artists (x3) – Modeling, Sculpting, Rigging & Animation Skilled and Experienced in character/prop/environment modeling (high & low poly). Strong knowledge of rigging, texturing, and animation workflows . Experience in sculpting realistic characters and historical assets. Ability to work closely with programmers to bring characters to life. What We Offer No fixed salary at this stage. We are building a co-founder team based on equity ownership .
