Senior - Fundraising Professional

As an experienced professional in donor relations and fundraising, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to engage donors effectively. Your primary tasks will include building and nurturing strong relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, foundations, and CSR teams. You will also be required to identify new funding opportunities and donor prospects to support our mission. In this role, you will oversee donor communications, reports, and acknowledgments, ensuring timely and personalized interactions. Coordinating donor visits, events, and engagement activities will be a crucial part of your responsibilities, along with collaborating closely with internal teams to align fundraising goals with program needs. Maintaining accurate donor records, tracking contributions, and ensuring transparency and compliance in all fundraising activities will be essential to the success of our organization.
