EPAM Anywhere is looking for Senior Functional Engineer – Workday Talent & Performance Modules to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

We are looking for a skilled Senior Functional Engineer with expertise in Workday Talent & Performance Modules to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional engineering and experience working with Workday systems.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement Workday solutions.
Analyze business requirements and provide functional expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for Workday implementations.
Provide training and support to end-users on Workday systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday systems.
Participate in the development of best practices and standards for Workday implementations.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Workday's core HR, Absence + Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Analytics, and Reporting modules.
Experience with Workday integrations such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion HCM, or other HRIS systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
