Job Description

As an Implementation Consultant at ICERTIS, your role will involve driving the execution of ICERTIS product implementations for enterprise customers in various industries. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and formulating solutions in collaboration with the business to meet key implementation objectives. Your tasks will include requirement gathering, functional design, and working closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Support teams across multiple engagements. You will own system configuration and deployment activities, contributing to the internal consulting capability building within the Professional Services group. Additionally, you will play a role in shaping the ICERTIS product roadmap by providing active feedback from customers and implementation experiences. Your qualifications for this position include prior experience in implementing Contract Management/Supply Chain applications, with at least 4 years of relevant experience. You should have participated in at least 3 full life cycle enterprise application implementations as a functional consultant, where you were responsible for requirements gathering, functional design, and system configuration. Your ability to think quickly and innovatively, interpret trends from data, and take effective actions to achieve objectives will be crucial. An engineering degree from a reputable institute is required, and having an MBA in a related field will be advantageous. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, along with good interpersonal skills to develop relationships with client counterparts are essential for this role.,
