Job Purpose 1) Project Management Manage all activities in a Software Project life cycle, most importantly requirement conceptualization, review requirement, test cases and roll-out plan. 2) Vendor relationship Management. 3) Review BRD / FSD 4) Adhere to all compliances as per bank policies Role & responsibilities Managing projects for Requirement gathering, test plan review / test execution and documentation, review post-implementation support. Regular review and ensure alignment with overall project delivery Work with vendor and IT team for reviews & demonstration on product development and ensure proper UAT delivery. Review the functional testing done by the vendor at the time of development. Support in process review for respective domain with BCU / Operation Review and resolution of user queries Discussion with vendor on production issues Training on system functionality Key skills In-depth knowledge in some of the functional areas of the Business / Operations vertical + Basic knowledge of all the areas of the Business / Operations vertical. Project management expertise Team management and interpersonal skills Vendor/Client Management.
