Senior Fullstack Developer

You will be working on the FAST-Engineering Team, focusing on launching a new self-serve platform and supporting the building of this new product due to increased customer demand and automation initiatives. Your expertise in front-end development using REACT, Node JS, and Javascript will be crucial in building well-designed, high-performance web applications that support complex business rules and flows. Collaborating with technical architects, business, product, and UX team members, you will contribute to Application Solution Design, influencing application data-flow design and extensible product platform architecture. As a product engineer, you will work closely with various business functions to translate business requirements into user stories. Developing UI/UX wireframes using tools like Figma, you will apply user experience methodology to create engaging user-centered designs. You will pioneer new frontend initiatives, champion them within the team, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Your experience in leading POCs, demonstrating speed to market, and a passion for continuous learning will be invaluable. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for someone with 5 to 7 years of experience in Agile development environments. Experience with Jira, Github, CI/CD, and other development lifecycle tools is essential. Proficiency in designing web and mobile applications, developing wireframes, and understanding REACT, NodeJS, and JavaScript/TypeScript is required. Additionally, experience in IT implementation, project management, SDLC, agile methodologies, persona development, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping will be beneficial. Familiarity with tools like Figma and experience in healthcare or related fields are considered as advantages.
