Senior Full Stack .NET Developer

As a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer at our Kilpauk, Chennai location, you will bring over 5 years of progressive experience in Full Stack development to our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance web applications, utilizing the latest .NET technologies and modern frontend frameworks. Beyond coding, you will play a key role in architectural decisions, best practices adherence, and mentorship of junior team members within an Agile environment. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the design and development of sophisticated web applications using ASP.NET Core / ASP.NET MVC and C#, implementing robust RESTful APIs and backend services, creating responsive user interfaces with Angular or React, and driving the adoption of clean code principles and secure coding standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize application performance, lead troubleshooting efforts, and actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development, expert-level proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core / ASP.NET MVC, and Web API, strong frontend technology skills including Angular or React, and advanced knowledge of MS SQL Server. Furthermore, you should have experience with RESTful API design principles, ORMs like Entity Framework Core, version control systems, and software design principles and patterns. Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies, and NoSQL databases would be advantageous.
